Bio: Ever since childhood, Emily has been filled with music. She has been playing piano since age five, but she didn't stop there. She also has extensive experience playing guitar, flute, and clarinet in many ensembles throughout her musical journey, such as orchestra and jazz band. Emily has a strong hold on theory, musicianship, performance, composition, and conducting.
Emily stands strong in her teaching technique and believes that learning music is meant to be an enjoyable experience. She has no doubt that everybody has musical potential and music is a gift that is meant to be shared. She strives to create a calm and stress free, yet disciplined environment for her students. This will ensure that their musical abilities will grow in a positive and uplifting manner. Emily has been teaching private lessons for the past seven years and has no doubt that teaching is her passion.
