Some of the Marshalls in stock, call for other models

Valve Drive Pre-amp
From the compact AVT20, right up to the thunderous roar of the feature packed, four channel AVT150H, each model in our brand new AVT line boasts a pre-amp stage that is driven by an ECC83 Dual Triode valve. Unlike certain other hybrid amps out there, this valve isn't merely acting as a pilot light. Instead it is playing the central role in the gain, distortion and tone generating circuitry. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that this precious device delivers maximum sonic benefit at all settings and volume levels.
The resulting clean sounds ring with the bell-like harmonics that only a valve pre-amp can deliver and the break-up is never harsh or unnatural sounding. Whenever you select an AVT Overdrive channel, the ECC83 is saturated to its limit, providing dynamics and feel worthy of a place in the Marshall hall of fame.
Power Amp Delivery
The same, unrivalled design expertise that went into the pre-amp was also channelled into the design of the AVT power stage. Using frequency dependent power amp damping and our proprietary, dynamic clip level technology (which emulates the HT supply of a valve power amp), each AVT power stage creates the warm, musical feel and 3-dimensional sounds that have made our all-valve power amps world-renowned.
Also all AVT products will deliver the goods in the often hostile and unpredictable environment of the live performance stage - which is why the AVT power amps of 50 watts and up are fan cooled for optimum reliability.
DFX Onboard
The AVT100, AVT150, AVT150H and AVT275 all have on-board DFX (Digital Effects). Here the greatest care was taken to ensure that the highest level of signal integrity was maintained at all times. We achieved this by successfully integrating DFX into the tonal topology of AVT without adding any of the nasty-sounding, artificial Ôgrain' often associated with DFX. To make the 16, custom-voiced DFX as controllable and user friendly as possible the relevant models are all supplied with an LED equipped foot controller which allows you to switch the amp's DFX on and off, as well as change channels.
The flexibility of the AVT150, AVT150H and AVT275 is further enhanced by having two DFX sections - one for the Clean and Acoustic Simulator channels, and the other for the two Overdrive channels.
Extended Response Loudspeakers
Knowing the importance of the relationship between power amplifiers and loudspeakers, we have worked extremely closely with Celestion to develop a range of speakers that will re-define the cutting edge in rock guitar reproduction.
These speakers allow the compact, closed back cabinets used in the Valvestate 2000 AVT range to maintain the bottom end delivery normally associated only with a full 4x12 extension cabinet set-up.

Marshall Amplification are proud to announce the launch of our new MG Series Amplifiers. These nine models (eight combos and one head) utilise the latest innovations in solid-state and digital technologies (many developed for the critically acclaimed AVT range of amps). The result is a comprehensive line of solid-state amplifiers that captures the essence of the Marshall sound at affordable price points.
At the heart of the MG Series is an extremely responsive power amp section featuring Marshall's proprietary FDD (Frequency Dependent Damping) circuitry that accurately mimics the interaction of an all-valve amp's power stage with the loudspeaker(s) it is driving. As a result, the MG amps respond and 'feel' more like valve amplifiers than others in this price range. Common features to all nine models are two channels (Clean & Overdrive), CD inputs, Emulated Line Outs and Emulated Headphone jacks. All nine also feature Contour controls in their EQ networks that allow you to fine-tune those all-important mids - from a fat, 'woody' vintage sound to a modern, aggressive 'scoop' and all points in between. In addition, six models also feature built-in digital effects (DFX) and deliver a choice of four (Reverb, Delay, Flange or Chorus) or five (Chorus/Delay, Delay, Flange or Chorus, plus a separately controlled Reverb) custom-voiced effects that have been designed to eliminate the harsh-sounding, artificial 'grain' often associated with digital effects.

Countless hours of R&D and of course listening, went into the creation of the 100 Watt DSL100. DSL is an acronym for 'Dual Super Lead', so it should come as no surprise that this amp has two footswitchable channels - Classic and Ultra. Furthermore, each of these channels boasts two modes: the Classic channel offers a Clean / Crunch option while the Ultra offers Lead 1 or Lead 2. Instead of merely offering a variation in gain level to the two channels, each one of these four modes has been individually voiced as an amp in its own right.
The tremendous tonal versatility of this amp, coupled with a 100% pure valve signal path (4x ECC83s, 4x EL34s), Dual Reverb controls, a Tone Shift switch which 'scoops out' the mids and a Deep Switch that adds a tight, bowel loosening, low end boost, caused the guitar world to sit up and take notice right from the outset.
As soon as you play one, you'll hear and feel why so many of the world's foremost players and journalists were quick to dub the DSL heads as 'the best Marshalls ever!' It also won't surprise you when you learn that these amps have become the company's best selling all-valve heads to date.

- Footswitchable Accutronics Spring Reverb

- FX loop

The DSL401 is a compact, EL84-powered 1x12" combo, but don't let its relatively small size fool you, it packs a powerful punch.
The most significant difference from the rest of the DSL range, is the DSL401 has three footswitchable sounds - Clean, OD1 & OD2! The difference between OD1 and OD2 is a massive 20dB boost, which is instantly accessible with a mere tap of your foot on the supplied 2-way (Clean/OD, OD1/OD2) LED footswitch. Like its bigger brothers, the Clean channel of the DSL401 produces a wide array of crystal clear yet complex, clean sounds. It also gets big 'n' bluesy when the channel's Gain control is cranked up.
The DSL401 also boasts the following rear panel attributes: dual speaker jacks (with an 8 Ohm/16 Ohm impedance selector switch) for driving external cabinets, speaker emulated DI output and an optional Reverb on/off footswitch jack.

- 4x EL84 output valves and 4x ECC83 Preamp Valves

- Three footswitchable channels - Clean, OD1 and OD2

- Footswitchable Accutronics Spring Reverb

- FX loop with front panel mix control

The TSL60 has a 100% pure, all-valve signal path (4x ECC83 preamp valves, 2x Svetlana EL34 power valves) and a host of 'guitarist friendly' features.
The Clean channel has its own controls for Gain, Treble, Middle, Bass and Reverb. Like the 100 Watt TSL100 head the TSL60 is capable of a wide range of harmonically rich, clean tones - from warm, round jazz to bright country twang. Furthermore, when the Gain control is cranked, their so-called Clean channel produces a wonderfully authentic, bluesy crunch.
The Crunch and Lead channels each have independent controls for Volume and Gain while sharing controls for Treble, Middle, Bass and Reverb. They also share a front panel Tone Shift switch which, when activated, reconfigures the mid-range to produce a chunky, 'scooped' sound. This is perfect for producing modern, high-gain crunch tones and also for beefing up your sound when playing at low volumes.
In keeping with its impressive TSL lineage, the Crunch channel's Gain control will take you from a mild, almost clean crunch, all the way through to a saturated overdrive, perfect for aggressive rhythm work and even soloing. Then, as you'd expect from any amp worthy of sporting the JCM2000 badge, the Lead channel goes a step (or four!) further and is capable of producing some of the highest levels of distortion ever found in a Marshall. More importantly, it does this in a highly musical way so your notes remain clear and well-defined, even when the gain is full!

- 2x EL34 output valves and 4x ECC83 Preamp Valves

Nothing personifies the image of rock 'n' roll more completely than a wall of Marshall stacks. Though often imitated, nothing compares to the original. The world's first ever 4x12" cab was designed and built by Jim Marshall in 1962, and with it a legend was born. Since then we have made many thousands, which have appeared on stages all over the globe.
To satisfy the increasingly diverse tastes of the modern guitarist, Marshall 4x12s are available with three distinctly different types of Celestion speaker:
a) Standard 75 Watt 'G12T-75' speakers (1960A/B).
b) Marshall/Celestion designed re-issue 25 Watt Greenbacks, 'G12M-25' (1960AC/BC).
c) The extra warm sounding Marshall/Celestion 'Vintage' speaker [rated at 70 Watts each] (1960AV/BV).
Each speaker type has its own individual character, so we urge you to try all three flavours before making your final decision.

To ensure the ultimate in flexibility, the 1960A (angled), 1960B (straight), 1960AV and 1960BV cabs are switchable between Mono (4 or 16 Ohms) and Stereo (8 Ohms per side). The two Mono impedance options provide extra amp matching capability while the cabinets' stereo capability makes them ideal for rack systems which typically run in stereo.
